Services

Vellure House provides creator research, creator recommendations, and influencer campaign coordination. Package descriptions state the included deliverables and anticipated timelines. Delivery timelines begin after the client submits a complete campaign brief.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, responding promptly, securing appropriate rights to brand materials, and separately funding creator compensation, products, shipping, travel, advertising, or other campaign expenses unless a signed proposal states otherwise.

No performance guarantee

Creator recommendations are based on available information and professional judgment. Vellure House does not guarantee creator availability, acceptance, views, engagement, conversions, sales, media coverage, or other campaign outcomes.

Intellectual property

Each party retains ownership of materials it supplies. Content usage rights must be agreed separately between the brand and creator and should be documented in writing.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because research begins after a completed brief is received, cancellation requests should be sent immediately to hello@vellurehouse.com. If work has not begun, Vellure House may approve a refund at its discretion, less nonrefundable transaction fees where legally permitted. Once research, sourcing, outreach, or campaign work has begun, service fees are generally nonrefundable. If Vellure House cannot deliver the purchased service, the affected service fee will be refunded. Creator payments and third-party expenses follow their own agreements and policies.

Privacy Policy

Vellure House collects information submitted through brand briefs, proposal requests, creator applications, email, and payment-related communications. This may include contact details, social profiles, audience insights, campaign requirements, rates, and business information.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver services, evaluate creator applications, match creators with campaigns, maintain records, improve operations, and comply with legal obligations. Creator application information is not sold. Relevant professional information may be shared with prospective brand partners for matching purposes, while private contact or shipping information should be shared only as necessary for an accepted campaign.

Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own privacy and security practices. Website forms are processed through Netlify. To request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information, email hello@vellurehouse.com. Certain records may be retained when required for contracts, accounting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
